It's so frustrating to purchase a set of refills, thinking that you guessed the correct size needed, then print out 100+ pages only to notice that the size is actually nowhere close to what you need. We understand that page dimensions can be confusing. That's why we made an easy guide to help you to pinpoint the right size that you need. Plus, it's a versatile & colorful notes page that will liven up your planner. 😊

Included

You will receive a set of 11 planner inserts designed to fit in ring and disc bound planners. 

How to Fit

Use the included crop marks to cut the page down to the correct size. Punch with holes and insert into your planner. If the page fits then you can proceed with confidence purchasing any of our pages as they will all follow the same sizing, and include the same crop marks. If the page does not fit, try measuring again and play around with printing different sizes until you find the one that best fits.

Planner Page Dimensions

The following is a handy guide to help you to find the best size for your planner.

Letter

8.5" x 11"

Letter sizes are the standard US paper size. Letter pages fit in most three ring binders and portfolios. 

A4

8.27" x 11.69"

A4 size is the standard international paper size. A4 sizes may be used in place of Letter, but will not fit exactly.

Half Sheet

5.5" x 8.5"

Also referred to as half letter, half sheet paper is the size of a Letter size paper cut in half.

A5

5.8" x 8.25"

A5 paper is half of an A4 size paper. This is one of the most common planner sizes.

Personal

3.75" x 6.75"

Personal sized pages are much skinnier than other papers. We use a larger center margin to allow for hole punching on personal sized planners.

Mini Binder

6.375" x 8.375"

We developed the mini binder size to all for slightly more horizontal room than A5 or half sheets allow. Our mini binder pages fit perfectly into the slim Russell + Hazel mini binders.

B5 Rings

6.9" x 9.8"

B5 planner pages are larger than a half sheet, but smaller than a Letter size.

A6 Rings

4.1" x 5.8"

A6 planner pages are quite small and to accommodate, we shifted the margins to allow for hole punching.

Pocket Rings

3.25" x 4.75"

Pocket planner pages are the smallest that we offer for rings and disc planners.

Big Happy Planner

8.5" x 11"

The Big Happy Planner uses standard Letter sized pages.

Classic Happy Planner

7" x 9.25"

This is the original Happy Planner size, and remains very popular. It's the next smallest from the Big planner, but still larger than the Mini.

Mini Happy Planner

4.5" x 7"

The mini Happy Planner can be a confusing size because it is often mistaken for the micro. The mini is longer and slimmer than the Classic.
