2018 Weekly Planner Printable
Whew! We have been so busy lately that it's hard to keep up with the new product notices.
New Weekly Planner Printable Formats for 2018
This one has been on the to-do list for quite some time, and I'm so happy that it's finally done. It is so much work to accomplish, but so worth it.
In addition to the standard layout that we have always offered, with a single-page outline for each week, we now offer weekly planners in a two page spread. And, we have gone one step further to offer multiple column layouts for each spread. This really tailors your planner to your lifestyle needs.
3 Column Weekly Spread
The three column spread is awesome for segmenting the major aspects of your life. Home / Work / Meal Planning, for example. Or, Your schedule, Your Spouse's Schedule, and Your Kid's Schedule. Morning, Noon, and Night are also a great way to segment your daily schedule. We purposely left two of the column headers blank so you can create your own flexible system.
4 Column Weekly Spread
Calling all side-hustlers, this one is for you! A 4 column layout means that everything in your week stays neatly contained in its own easy-to-glance-at lane. Keep your birthday, anniversary, and holiday notes separate from your work obligations, and keep your side-hustle separate from your normal home-life obligations.
This is the format that I have been using personally for the past year and I really cannot live without it now. I feel like I can see everything I need to do when I am focused on the one category of task. I keep a column for my daily schedule, a column for each of our two businesses, and a column for meal planning.
5 Column Weekly Spread
Moms (and busy Dads) - we've got your covered. A 5 column layout means that each family member has their own planning column. Keep each of your kid's extracurricular activities in their own column, and keep a column for yourself and your spouse.
US Holidays Included
Popular US Holidays are included in all of the weekly planner printables. We kept it limited to major holidays so that you would still have space to make your own notes. Now you will be able to see that your child is not going to be in school next Monday because it's President's Day. It's the small details that really make our planners exceptional.
Sunday or Monday Planner Start
As with all of our 2018 planners, the weeks start on either a Sunday or a Monday. We have two different versions available, and they are sold separately, so please note which you are purchasing before checkout.
Five Sizes Available
This is adding a lot of design time to our process, but we feel it is worth it. Every single 2018 planner package is available in five different sizes. All five sizes are included with every purchase. This means that you no longer have to guess before purchasing. Here are the page sizes and planner systems that we fit:
- Letter: 8.5 x 11 inches // 215.9 x 279.4 mm (fits large portfolios and standard 3-ring binders)
- A4: 8.27 x 11.69 inches // 210 x 297 mm (fits most European binders)
- A5: 5.8 x 8.3 inches // 148 x 210 mm (fits most Filofax, Daytimer, Carpe Diem, Websters, and Kikki.K planners)
- Mini Binder: 6.375 x 8.375 inches // 161.9 x 212.7 mm (fits small 3-ring binders)
- Happy Planner: 9.25 x 7 inches // 234.95 x 177.8 mm (fits medium MAMBI rings)
Weekly Goal, To-Do List, and Notes
A week without a goal is a week without focus. You only get 52 chances each year to focus on one major weekly achievement. Keep your focus and don't forfeit a week of progress.
A to-do list for every week means that you are only planning the things that you anticipate getting done in the current week. It also remains visible as you are reviewing your daily plans so that note to make a doctors appointment for your annual exam if front and center and hard to ignore.
A notes section will keep the rest of your planner clean because you have one section to jot down random phone numbers, email addresses, doodles while on hold with the doctor's office, etc.
